Cooking schools on a quarterly basis with - themed ingredients days, Cooking with Herbs, slow cooking, barbeque over coals, spit roasting over coals, pizza making with wood oven techniques, special preserving days and olive picking and curing, chutney and jams from the property orchard, lemon preserving days and special cooking events for children.

We also have Open Garden days with string quartet and high tea, beautiful private wedding parties, fireworks events with music and dancing & cocktails, fashion shows and luxury vehicle launches.
